Water Lily Restaurant in Wayland

This place is my favorite Chinese place in the area. Great, kind staff and wonderful food. Especially if you compare it to other Chinese places in the area, Water Lily stands out.

Had 2 biryani delivered to apartment. Tiny portions. just like appetizers. Don't order from this place. Not worth the money u spend. food is not particularly good.

Water Lilly does a nice job with most dishes. The food tastes fresh and the atmosphere is quiet and comfortable

I've never had better Hot and Sour soup. Pineapple rice is another favorite.

General gao is amazing

Nice place, nice staff, good food, convenient location.

My Great Aunt Always wants to go here when she comes to visit. Apparently they don't have decent Chinese food in NJ. Who knew? Anyways, Chinese food is Chinese food to me. Either it is questionable or just plain ok. I've never had issues with Water Lily and the inside is actually quite nice. I'll give it 3 stars on the fact my Great Aunt likes the place so much.

This place does mostly take out so you may have the whole place to yourself if you come for lunch. I always enjoyed the food here over some of the other nearby places.
